1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms form an agreement between you and TmpOne concerning tmpone.com. If you do not agree, do not create an address, access an inbox, or use the forwarding dashboard. You must have the legal capacity to accept this agreement where you live.
2. Service Description
TmpOne provides short-term inboxes without registration, along with forwarding aliases verified through a receiving email address. Temporary inboxes are valid for 3 hours by default and may be extended under the rules, up to 24 hours after creation. Forwarding archives are generally retained for 30 days. Retention periods, size limits, and features may change for security, capacity, or maintenance reasons.
3. User Responsibilities
- Make sure you are authorized to use the receiving email address you submit and to read the related messages;
- Protect your browser session, login verification codes, and access to the dashboard;
- Save any non-sensitive information you need before the address expires or is deleted;
- Follow the sender platform’s rules, intellectual property requirements, and applicable laws;
- Stop using the service promptly and contact us if you discover exposed credentials or a security issue.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use TmpOne to send or facilitate spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, privacy violations, or intellectual property infringement; impersonate others; access accounts unlawfully; evade sanctions or law enforcement; abuse third-party registrations at scale; disrupt the service; probe inboxes that are not your own; bypass rate limits; or resell unauthorized access.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate addresses, aliases, or access suspected of abuse, and retain necessary evidence where permitted by law. Taking action does not mean we are obligated to review every email in advance.
5. Content and Email
You retain your rights in your own content and grant us the limited processing permission needed to receive, display, filter, store, and forward emails. Messages may be sent by third parties, and we do not endorse their authenticity, legality, or security. Independently verify links, attachments, and payment requests.
6. Availability and Changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Network failures, sender policies, spam filtering, maintenance, or events beyond our control may cause delays, rejection, or data loss. We do not guarantee that any temporary domain will be accepted by third parties or that verification codes will arrive within a particular timeframe.
7. Attachments and Capacity
Temporary inboxes should not be treated as attachment storage. For forwarding aliases, emails up to 50 MB are generally forwarded and added to the 30-day archive; emails from 50–100 MB are generally forwarded only; entire emails over 100 MB may be rejected. Email encoding increases the actual size, so near the limit, use a trusted file link instead.
8. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including losses caused by an expired address, delayed email, third-party rejection, accidental deletion by the user, or an account that cannot be recovered. TmpOne is not suitable for banking, urgent medical matters, government identity verification, a primary work account, or other communications that cannot be interrupted.
9. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
The responsible party must cover reasonable claims and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable mandatory law; nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service, allow a temporary address to expire, or delete an alias. We may suspend features for security, legal, maintenance, or abuse-related reasons. After termination, responsibilities, disclaimers, and dispute provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes and will mark the date on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact
For terms, abuse reports, or security issues, contact support@tmpone.com. When reporting an issue, include the relevant time and address details. Do not forward passwords or complete verification codes.
